Product Description

Women's Rogaine is for women who have a general thinning of hair throughout the scalp. This product is not indicated for use in women with patchy or total hair loss.

Start Small and Work your Way Up

It is very important to note that this product is the 2% version. It is the original liquid form that was released 15 years ago by Rogaine. The 2% minoxidil solution is not as effective as the improved 5% solution, but it is a good starting point for women who are seeing thinning hair. We suggest either starting with the 5% solution in the Rogaine Foam now, or giving this product a try for 3-6 months. If you do not see the beginning of results after 6 months, we suggest you convert to the stronger 5% Rogaine Foam.

Note about the Foam:  Rogaine Foam 5% is widely given to women all over the world. And its success rate is 85% as opposed to 46% with this product.

The logic again however is, start small, and work your way up.

Technical Details

Minoxidil is an over the counter treatment, and does not require a prescription in 2% and 5% solutions. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
